Individual Print Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions:
United States—$100.00; Foreign—$115.00. A special rate of $60.00
is offered to all U.S. full-time academic appointees and government employees who
order subscriptions for their personal use on their official letterheads.  All three prices include postage and handling.

Single copies may be obtained @ $35.00/copy plus postage and handling.
Special double issues may be obtained @ $45.00/copy plus postage and handling.
All payments must be in U.S. currency or at the current rate of exchange.
